The Survey Dashboard includes an overview of general information about the surveys your facility has created as well as a short list of recently created surveys. The top of the page features summary tiles. These show aggregated totals for each of a number of metrics:
- Surveys – The total of all surveys created for your facility that are in the system
- Sent – An aggregated total of number of users that have been surveyed by all Targeted Surveys
- Started – The total number of surveys that have been started by users that have been sent a survey request
- Completed – The total number of surveys that have been completed by users
- Conversion Rate – The percent of surveyed users that have completed a survey
Recent Surveys provides a quick list of the five most recent surveys added to the system for both Targeted and Anonymous survey types.
