Recipient lists are a way to input and save the details of people you would like to send surveys to. Recipient lists are used when sending a survey using the send survey wizard. You can create multiple lists to manage survey campaigns in any way that best achieves your patient communication goals. Recipients can exist in multiple lists and lists can be edited to add or remove details at any time.
Lists are comprised of email addresses, or, if you have our SMS delivery feature enabled, phone numbers. Depending on how you would like to deliver surveys, and what contact information you have available, use the desired communication type when creating a list.
To create a recipient list, click on the New Recipient List box at the top right of the Recipients List page. You will give your list a name that will differentiate it from other lists you might create. You can use the import feature to add email addresses or you can type or paste emails addresses into the box. Click Save once done so your recipient list is added.
You’ll have the option of entering contact details manually or selecting one of your recipient lists to distribute a survey to. You can also use the button next to the desired list to use that particular list to send a new survey.
