The My Surveys page provides a detailed list of all surveys in the system for your facility. For each item in the list, various actions can be taken by clicking the icons on the right side of line:
- If a survey has been sent, you can click the pie icon to view the results
- You can click the preview icon to see the actual survey as it would be seen by a user
- For Targeted surveys, you can click the envelope icon to resend the survey. This will email all users included in your survey target list that have not yet completed the survey
- If you have created a survey that you want to create a new survey campaign from, click the duplicate icon. This will use the same basic survey information and take you to the survey wizard to complete
You can filter the list of surveys you see by Targeted, Anonymous and Pending. Targeted surveys are those sent to a specific set of users you provided when building the survey. Anonymous surveys, are those surveys you created to be able to share a URL for a general population. Pending surveys are those you’ve started building but have not yet sent.
