Under Facility Settings you are able to make a few different updates or changes to your site’s features in AMSHub. Only certain users are able to modify Facility Settings, but there are some important pieces of information here so you would want to ensure everything stays up to date.
Facility Information:
- Contact Information-Here you can make updates or changes to your Vendor Order/Shipping Contact, AMS Billing Contact and to your Vendor Billing Contact, if that applies to your facility. It is important to ensure this information is up to date at all times should any changes occur.
- Specialties-You can also select the Specialties your facility performs. You may see different features and information based on the specialties you select so it is important to keep this information up to date.
- Sales Tax-For taxable entities, AMSHub offers the ability to have sales tax automatically added to the cost of individual items. Enabling this feature will ensure your case costing, reporting and analytics reflect the true cost of materials including sales tax. My Services:
- This is where you can see the current services you are enrolled in. These services can be enabled or disabled at any time should changes need to be made.
ACH Debit/Credit Card:
- Expenses incurred from your use of AMSHub can be debited via ACH or paid by credit card, thanks to our partnership with Stripe platform. Stripe’s industry-leading tools offer excellent security and usability, making them a great partner. You can view and update payment details here. **Please note, there is a 2.9% fee on credit card transactions.
Other Settings:
- Menu: This setting allows you to hide menu items your facility doesn’t use. For example, if your facility doesn’t use our Surveys feature, you can hide this section which will turn it off in the left navigation. This will simplify the appearance of your left navigation and decrease its overall height. Please note, changes made to this area are for your entire facility and all users, so changes made here will be seen by every user in your facility.
- Operating Rooms: If your facility has multiple rooms where procedures are performed, you can now configure AMSHub with your rooms and their respective names. Adding multiple rooms will automatically turn on the room selection drop-down on Procedure add and edit screens, allowing you to choose the room a procedure was completed in.
Add Another Facility:
- We’ve made it easier than ever to add a new facility to AMSHub. This will streamline and simplify the process of adding a new facility to our platform, with a lead time of less than 24 hours from start to active. If you’re a Facility or Site Admin, you’ll see a button in Facility Settings to Add Another Facility. You configure services for your new facility by copying the existing services from another location, making it easier than ever to ensure consistency across your group and accelerating the setup process even further. Simply click the button, provide a few basic pieces of information about the new facility and our team will begin your provisioning process immediately.
