We are constantly updating our global catalog with new items from vendors. However, it’s possible you may want to add an item type to your local inventory that you can’t find in our global catalog. When you use the Add Item button on the Inventory page to search the global catalog, and you get a message saying the item you are requesting is not currently in our catalog, we give you the ability to submit the item data to us so we can make that item available. Just supply the data from the required fields and Submit. We’ll be alerted as soon as a new item is requested and we’ll work to complete the required data with the vendor and make the item available for you to add into your local inventory.
