It’s important to understand the basic workflow for inventory in AMSHub. This is the simple process you’ll use the vast majority of the time to move items in and out of inventory. It’s a simple process that includes ordering items, receiving items and using items. In AMSHub, these activities are conducted in three main areas of the site: Orders, Deliveries, Procedures:

AMSHub keeps track of your inventory usage in real time and will alert you in various places when any items require reorder, to satisfy your par levels. You’ll use the Orders area to create a new order with the selected items. When you receive your ordered items, you’ll use the Deliveries area to process the delivery you have received by scanning in items to their respective PO. Lastly, as procedures are completed, you’ll enter the specific details for the procedure and scan out the used items. This is the simple daily process that drives inventory in AMSHub!
