I have an issue with a product. What do I do?

There are a number of atypical scenarios that can arise with a product. Examples include: product failure, non-ordered item received in a delivery, questions about a shipping delay, question about product use, etc.. In cases such as these, your course of action should be to contact either your sales or clinical rep for the vendor of the product. Your products will always be supported by their respective vendor so they should be your first point of contact for resolution.
