The Vendor Scorecard is designed to let you share your feedback on each vendor in multiple areas and aggregate the scores posted by our entire population to provide insights into vendor performance. The scores are then tabulated into an overall scoring system that results in each vendor being given a Grade.
The Failure Rate reflects the percentage of that vendor’s items removed from inventory due to device failure, calculated system-wide across all clients. Ratings are entered by your team and are visible to all clients — they reflect overall experience with product quality, delivery, support, and value. Vendors are ranked by their combined average score.
We encourage everyone using AMS to take a few minutes to rate the vendors you use and can confidently assess. You don’t have to score them in every area, just the area where you feel experience can adequately inform a score.To rate a vendor go to Vendors > Vendor Scorecard and click the Rate button for each vendor you’d like to quickly score.
