This report includes a complete overview of all on-hand materials including quantity and value. The Inventory History chart at the top of this page includes granular data for each monthly data point. Hover over a dot on either the dollar amount or item count data and you’ll get a detailed breakdown of either value or quantity by both owned and consigned. You can toggle between a line chart and a bar chart. In some instances, some data may be better understood by switching chart styles, so you can click the button any time you see it, to toggle to the other style to view your data. The toggle button is the chart icon located in the upper left corner of the currently displayed chart.
Summarized under the Inventory History chart are Owned and Consigned items broken down with their respective totals. Not only can you view the inventory values here, but you can also see the total amounts of tax broken down in each category as well. You also have the option to filter and see the breakdown by Vendor.
The On-Hand Value tile includes a breakdown of all items by category with total count and total dollar value. You can click on each category to see a further breakdown of all the items in that category with a quantity for each item type and the total cost of those items.
This report is a great tool for understanding the current allocation of capital in devices.
