Our Procedures Report gives you an in-depth look at all of the various procedure types you perform at your facility. This report includes an extensive amount of detail about each procedure type and should be reviewed regularly to monitor the effectiveness and profitability of the procedures being done. The report considers not only the expense of materials, fixed costs and resources (represented in Add’l Cost column), but also time. We provide comparative data for both cost and profitability broken down to the 15-minute level to provide a standard measure that can be used across procedures of all lengths to determine true value.
You can also click on a procedure type in the table to drill further down to look more closely at the details of a single procedure type relative to each provider as well as see the specific provider metrics for that procedure.
The Procedures Report automatically defaults to the last 30 days of information, but you can also click on that box as there are a number of other date range options available. You can toggle between a line chart and a bar chart. In some instances, some data may be better understood by switching chart styles, so you can click the button any time you see it, to toggle to the other style to view your data. The toggle button is the chart icon located in the upper left corner of the currently displayed chart.
