If you’ve just logged in to AMSHub and are ready to begin using our platform to help manage and optimize your facility, welcome! You’re at the right place as the Help Site is THE place to quickly get up to speed on all of the features and capabilities of AMSHub.
This site covers every feature in the platform, but you may not have access to all of them depending on the role you were assigned when your account was created. We recommend using AMSHub’s left navigation when you’re logged in to the platform to get a sense of the various tools you’ve been given access to. You can then browse Help content from within AMSHub by clicking the Help tab on the upper right corner of any page and you’ll get helpful content from this site pulled directly into AMSHub while you work. It will also follow you as you move through the site and continually update the content to show you relevant details.
Of course you can always immerse yourself in learning about all of the features here as well, by watching our videos or working your way through the various articles in the Knowledgebase. This site is always here to help guide you through the various capabilities of the platform. Come back any time you want to learn more about a feature, or expand your knowledge about other features of the site you may not be using. You’ll find a link to this site from the Help menu at the top of AMSHub, as well as a link to launch our live Chat feature to talk with a member of our support team.
