Group Facility Setup

Group Facility Setup is a powerful tool designed to help our multi-facility clients setup additional facilities in AMSHub with ease. This time-saving feature provides our most powerful data sharing tools all in one place, making it easier than ever to get your new facilities up and running in AMSHub.

Group Facility Setup spans multiple data points throughout the platform, helping you share data from existing facilities to new facilities. Key areas of focus include:

Inventory
Take advantage of our powerful tools for replicating Inventory data from one site to another. These tools can help you easily copy all Inventory, pars, prices, or any combination of these, to quickly configure inventory at a new center based on the data already configured at your existing location(s).

Procedures
Update a new facility with all of the procedure types and their respective reimbursement and fixed cost details from an existing facility. You can quickly select all procedure types or select a combination of specific procedures only to copy just what you need.

Personnel
If your new facility shares techs or nurses with an existing facility, you can easily import personnel from other locations to your new facility. This will bring in all of their pertinent details including name, role and pay rate (if using our personnel cost tracking feature).

Providers
Similar to Personnel, if you have providers that will do cases at your new facility that are already configured within AMSHub, you can easily share their details with your new facility so their pertinent details are available, and cases can immediately be assigned to them.

Resources
Like Inventory, Resources is another large collection of data that often takes extensive time to configure. Group Facility Setup lets you quickly and easily replicate individual Resources, or entire Resource Bundles, from existing facilities to new with just a few clicks.

Facility Settings
Copy sales tax, custom PO number settings, or ACH details from an existing facility to your new facility easily. You can copy each piece of data from a different existing facility if need be, to ensure your new facility has exactly the data it needs.
