The Patients tab will give you a full historic record of all patients added into AMSHub. The patient list panel provides a comprehensive list of all of the patients you’ve added directly into the Patients area or indirectly via the creation of a Procedure completed for that patient. By default, the detail panel shows the most recent patient entered into AMSHub unless you have selected a patient from the list. On the detail panel, you can see the basic details for patients including their MRN, email address and phone number.
You can review and modify patient email address or phone number on the Patients Detail panel. More importantly, you can view a patient’s engagement history on their detail panel. Engagement history includes all of the actions that have been completed for that patient. This will include events in relation to various AMSHub services like a procedure being added, a survey being completed, a patient education document being completed, etc. You can also send emails, documents and surveys directly from this page. You can also click the Add Patient button at the top of the page to add a patient directly from this page.
Looking at a patient’s engagement history gives you a great chronological view of your interactions with your patients so you can really evaluate how well you’re doing at staying connected with them to ensure optimal care, outcomes and patient experience. You can sort the timeline so you are seeing the newest engagement items first or last.
