If your facility has our full suite of services including Inventory Management, Survey and Patient Education, you’ll have access to our unique Roadmaps feature. The concept of Roadmaps is to let you leverage different resources from the various AMSHub services to automatically engage patients with those resources on a schedule you create.
For example, you can create a Roadmap that automatically sends a specific survey you’ve created to your patients three days after a procedure, and another survey one month after their procedure. It might also send them a document from our Patient Education service that you’ve created educating them about their ongoing condition and how to help themselves stay healthy going forward. This document might be sent three months after a procedure, and again six months after as a reminder along with a call to action with your contact details if they have any symptoms.
The Roadmaps page shows the Roadmaps you’ve created with the name you provided, the type of Roadmap and its Status. You can learn more about creating Roadmaps here.
