The Order Details page provides a summary of all critical order details along with a detailed list of all items included in the order. It includes the PO number, the date the order was created, the order status and the person that created the order. Order status indicates whether all ordered items have been received. When an order is created and sent to vendors, the status is set to pending. Once all items have been received and scanned into AMSHub, the order status will automatically change to delivered.
Next to the status for each order, you’ll see the history icon. If you click on this icon, you can review the Order Delivery History. For every order created, we capture the date and time and a series of events: order sent, order received by vendor system, order opened by vendor customer service. This information is important as it provides accountability for vendors in the event they dispute receipt of an order. In that scenario, you can view the order’s history and provide them with the exact date and time they received an order.
The Order Details list indicates all items included in the order, along with all pertinent item data including the quantity ordered.
