If you have multiple locations using AMSHub, one of the many benefits of using the platform is the ability to have those facilities joined as a Group to simplify access to all facilities for all users using a single login. When you create users in Settings > AMSHub users, you can edit the user and choose the facilities from your group you’d like them to be able to access using the Facility Access area. When a user with access to multiple facilities logs in, they’ll be prompted to select which facility they want to access. After logging in they can use the switch facility feature as shown below, to switch to and access another facility.

If you have staff that travel between facilities in your group or staff that you want to grant access to AMSHub for another facility, other than their primary location, you can edit an existing user and grant them access to more than one facility. Access can also be granted to multiple facilities when a new user is created.
