The patients report allows you to search for a specific procedure record by patient ID, procedure type, provider, payer or procedure date. You can then view the details of the specific procedure(s) that meets your search criteria. You can further narrow the data you wish to view by narrowing the time frame you are searching for, by editing the date range.
