Inventory Dashboard for Non-Admins

Your AMSHub dashboard is intended to provide you with an at-a-glance overview of your facility. The dashboard has pertinent and timely data along with quick links that will take you directly to some of the most used parts of the site. To jump into the site from the Dashboard, you can click on any blue link and that will take you directly to the underlying content in the site. Familiarize yourself with the dashboard as it is a valuable resource to you. Spend some time studying your dashboard during your first few uses of the site. It will provide you with pertinent and useful data about your facility. This will help you get the most value of the timely information and useful links each time you log on in the future.

At the top of your dashboard you’ll find messages, useful tips and completed procedures. You may not always have messages, but this is the place where important information can be communicated; for example, if a catalog request has been approved.

The bottom portion of the dashboard lets you see up to date information about your facility in one location. You can complete tasks right from the dashboard using the quick links that take you directly to some of the most used parts of the site.
